Night, abandoned area, oppressive atmosphere… If you look around, sometimes in the distance you can see a brownish figure wandering over the mountains. As you roam around the city first in search of a car, then a key, a lilac-headed monster quietly sneaks up on your hero – it grows up in front of him as if out of the ground. At the same time, an unpleasant sound is heard, like radio disturbances. The impudent monster can walk through walls and reach out its deadly paws to the character who is hiding in the house. The most dangerous monsters
So who are these sirens? The story doesn’t tell. The only thing known about them is that they stick to deserted places like woods or old towns. They appear in the dead of night when you can’t see well and hide in the thick fog staying out of sight. They don’t attack at once – first they watch from afar, waiting for the right moment. They life up the tension by scaring you with subtle rustling, looming silhouettes and of course their main weapon – a terrifying sound akin to wailing. If you hear it, just know that there is a siren nearby and you must get out of here as soon as possible!
Hide, run, save your life!
Unfortunately, that’s not so easy to do, because our hero lost his way. He doesn’t know where he is now and can’t find a path back. So he is stuck wandering through this blood-chilling place until he can find some sort of a clue. In your hands, you have a flashlight that you can use to illuminate your surroundings. But don’t resort to it too often because the batteries will eventually die and you’ll be left in the darkness, defenseless against the sirens. And even the light of your tool can’t keep them away for too long. Yes, they will stay out of it for a while, but they will look for a way to sneak up on your from behind or catch you into one of those traps. Cunning monsters are they!
To survive in this game, you need to stay as alert as possible and be very careful. Watch your step, don’t rush. When you realize the siren is close, you want to run like hell. But that’s not a very good strategy because then the monster will easily track your location. It’s better to stay in hiding and wait the danger out.
